Delete your StudyKitab account

If your email app does not open, copy the address and send the request manually. Never include your password or authentication code.

1. What happens next

1. We acknowledge your request and may ask for a safe identity-verification step.
2. Once verified, we permanently delete the authentication account and associated server-held user data.
3. We aim to complete valid requests within 30 days and will confirm when the process is complete.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. A future account created with the same email will be treated as a new account.

2. Data included in deletion

• Authentication account and active sessions.
• Profile details such as name, university, department and registration number.
• Assignment request records and generated assignment documents still held on the server.
• Per-user allowance, tier, reward and usage records associated with the account.

Deletion means deletion, not temporary deactivation or account freezing.

3. Limited information we may retain

We may retain minimal records when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or a legal obligation. Where possible, retained operational metrics are aggregated or disconnected from the deleted account. Provider backups may take additional time to expire under their normal schedules.

4. Files stored on your device

Deleting your server account cannot remove files stored locally on a phone we do not control. Delete saved lessons and quizzes in the app, clear the app’s storage, uninstall the app and remove exported PDFs from Downloads if you also want those local copies removed.

5. Delete specific data without deleting the account

You can remove individual saved lessons, quizzes and PDFs from the app or device. For a request concerning specific server-held information, email support with the subject StudyKitab data request.
